At the 1987 EP (Electric) Off-Road World Championships in the UK, the Kyosho Ultima achieved total domination with a clean sweep of the podium. This limited-edition model based on the Kyosho Works team car designed and driven by Akira Kogawa, has been released to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Kyosho America. Featuring the works model specifications with gunmetal anodized aluminum and carbon fiber parts, this model combines a wide range of optional upgrades including new components to elevate its dynamic driving performance. With the same sharp low-profile body designed for the Optima Pro combining with the latest R/C engineering technology, the new Ultima ‘87 World Championship Spec lets you relive the cutting edge driving performance of that era, 37 years after its spectacular World Championship performance.

Commemorating the 20th anniversary of Kyosho America, the World Championship Works 2WD buggy becomes the 17th release in the Kyosho Vintage Car series.
Special components and unique colors distinguish this limited-edition reproduction of the 1987 World Championship winning model.
Features a wide variety of optional parts that were previously optional upgrades at a great value price compared to individual purchase.
While following the original design from 1987, each part has been updated to match modern R/C systems and power sources.
All rods are turnbuckle type, making it easy to adjust camber and toe angles.
Full bearing specification, even in the servo saver.
Dial-adjustable oil shocks allow for easy vehicle height adjustment.
Unassembled kit requires R/C system, motor and batteries.
Rear motor mounted 2WD buggy produces excellent driving stability with its high-strength aluminum monocoque chassis anodized in limited edition gunmetal color in combination with a newly designed hybrid carbon upper plate.

Large capacity oil shocks feature titanium coated shafts for smooth function and durability plus dial adjustable chassis height. Shock caps and cases are finished in the Kyosho Works signature gunmetal color.
