The M3 (E30) with attractive styling and Tarmac specifications has participated in the Group A Touring Car Race since 1987 as BMW’s main machine.
The machine also participated in the World Rally Championship and the WRC held in Group A.
In the Tour de Corse held in May 1987, the M3 (E30) participated in the Group A Touring Car Race as well as in the Group A Touring Car Race.
The machine also participated in the Rally Field.
In accordance with the Group A regulations, BMW developed the M3E30 based machine with blister fenders on the front and rear fenders to expand the tread.
