Black Horse Midget Mustang 61 ARTF

A bigger version of the classic 'reno' style racer that looks fast just sitting on the ground.

In the air, the Midget Mustang has a surprising turn of speed with a 61 two stroke up front, but the wing loading means that she can be operated from fairly small club patches. The tough aluminium undercarriage is intended to cope with grass fields and the landing and takeoff performed in quite a limited distance. This is more than ably assisted by the effective flaps.

The complex cowl and cheeks of the Midget Mustang are all moulded from GRP in one piece. What a work of moulding art!! It's almost criminal to cut holes for the engine in it.

Wings are easily removed for transport

Get a clubmate to buy one and you have race!
